Overall Impressions- It started off quite shaky (as most shows do) but it has really turned a corner. Great action,plots, and some great nods to greater DC lore. The acting is still shaky from most people but Stephen Amell has really grown into the role. He’s emoting better and is growing more…

I agree with you on most points (honestly, it’s like you’re reading my mind) except for Katie Cassidy. Is Laurel the weakest link? Yes. But Katie Cassidy plays strong, fiercely independent, smart-ass women well. Ruby on “Supernatural” was no weakling. The problem is the writing. There is no need to recast. They just need to get to the Black Canary of it all as soon as possible.
